Authorized Reseller Program

Expand Your Client Offering with Oprivia

Do you serve business clients, owner mandates, or accommodation portfolios? As an Authorized Reseller, you can extend your existing offering with a structured post-booking operations layer without having to develop a separate platform. You market approved Oprivia services in your own name and for your own account and administer the related End Customer Mandates within the agreed scope.

Collaboration Model

Three Roles, Clearly Separated

The partnership connects an established client relationship with controlled platform access. Marketing, platform provision, and operational responsibility remain clearly assigned.

Reseller rights are generally nonexclusive and nontransferable. The current program does not include sub-resellers or a white-label offering.

The Authorized Reseller

Designs its own client offering, independently determines prices and additional services, invoices in its own name, and administers only approved End Customer Mandates.

Oprivia

Provides the agreed platform services and grants the required approvals within its own area of responsibility. Support responsibilities and service boundaries are defined in writing.

The End Customer

Remains responsible for its operations, data, required mandates, and professional decisions and accepts the applicable end-customer, privacy, security, and platform-use terms.

Three connected but clearly separated architectural zones represent the reseller, Oprivia, and the End Customer.
Application Process

From Initial Inquiry to Reseller Authorization

Submitting an inquiry does not establish a partnership. Oprivia reviews the business model, proposed customer segments, and organizational requirements before granting marketing or administrative rights.

01

Submit an Inquiry

Describe your company, target clients, established client relationships, and intended use of Oprivia.

02

Review the Business Model

We assess whether the offering, customer segments, and proposed allocation of responsibilities align with the reseller model and Oprivia’s current service scope.

03

Define Services and Mandates

Approved End Customers, territories, platform services, administration, support, brand use, and data processing are clearly defined.

04

Execute the Reseller Agreement

Rights, compensation, term, and termination are documented in writing. Oprivia may be marketed and provided only after authorization and within the approved scope.

Commercial Model

Compensation and Billing

The Authorized Reseller independently defines its offering and End Customer pricing and invoices customers in its own name. Compensation payable to Oprivia is agreed in writing before authorization.

Independent Client Offering:
The Authorized Reseller designs and prices its offering and invoices End Customers in its own name and for its own account.

Compensation Payable to Oprivia:
The separate written Reseller Agreement defines the calculation basis and billing cadence.

No Guaranteed Outcome:
Oprivia does not guarantee any particular margin, sales volume, or revenue.

Is Oprivia a Fit for Your Client Offering?

Describe your target clients, existing mandates, and how you intend to extend your offering with Oprivia. We will assess whether a reseller model is appropriate and identify the requirements that must be addressed before authorization.
