Pricing by operating setup
Oprivia is priced according to how it is used: operating model, number of properties, selected modules, support level and agreed responsibilities.
The result is an individual proposal aligned with the actual operation — not a preset software package.

What shapes the fee
Oprivia combines a monthly base fee, a revenue-based component and, where required, separately agreed additional services.
The base fee covers the defined platform and support setup. The revenue-based component is part of the commercial model; the applicable percentage depends on the agreed operating setup.
Platform and support basis
Covers agreed platform access, defined core services and the specified support level.
Fixed principle, variable percentage
A revenue-based component is part of the commercial model. The percentage, calculation basis and billing period are defined in the individual proposal.
Only where agreed
Implementation, training, integrations, extended support or individual configuration are included only where required and expressly agreed.
Pricing range by operating model
After the initial discussion or pilot, Oprivia is assigned to the operating model that best reflects the required level of platform use, support and coordination.
Third-party services such as cleaning, laundry, consumables, repairs, external providers, payment processing or legal case-by-case review are not automatically included and are agreed separately where required.
All ranges are indicative and require an individual proposal.
Self-managed setup
- CHF 99–149 per property per month
- plus a 2–3% revenue-based component
For hosts and smaller operators that largely manage their own workflows and use Oprivia for registration, requests, role management and documentation.
Managed support setup
- CHF 299–499 per property per month
- plus a 5–8% revenue-based component
For operators requiring more support with guest requests, cleaning, partner coordination, escalations, evaluation and recurring feedback.
Portfolio setup
- CHF 1,000–1,500 per portfolio per month
- plus an 8–10% revenue-based component
For operators with multiple units, locations or teams and higher requirements for roles, governance, evaluation and partner coordination.
Qualified referrals can reduce the base fee
Operators or partners who refer suitable clients may receive a credit against the monthly base fee once the referred client becomes active.
Several credits may be combined up to the full monthly base fee. The revenue-based component, third-party services and separately agreed additional services remain unaffected.
10% per active referral
For each qualified referral that becomes an active Oprivia client, a 10% credit may be applied to the monthly base fee.
Up to the full base fee
Several successful referrals may be combined up to a full reduction of the monthly base fee.
Applied monthly
The credit may be applied monthly as long as the conditions are met and the referred clients remain active.
What determines the proposal
The specific price depends on more than the number of properties. Relevant factors include operating structure, support needs, selected modules and the level of coordination required.
Units and locations
The number, distribution and operating structure of the included properties are taken into account.
Responsibility and participation
Relevant factors include internal responsibilities, existing partners and the desired level of self-management or support.
Selected platform components
Pricing reflects which areas are actually used and how deeply they are embedded into the operation.
Implementation and technology
Integrations, data imports, training, additional support and individual configuration may extend the agreed service frame.
No hidden service assumptions
The individual proposal records the essential commercial and operational conditions transparently:
- agreed platform components and services;
- implementation, support and assistance;
- base fee and revenue-based component;
- billing period and payment terms;
- cooperation duties and responsibilities;
- excluded services or services to be commissioned separately.
This avoids implicit service expectations, generic price promises and unclear responsibilities.
Request a tailored proposal
In the initial discussion, we review the operating model, property structure, relevant workflows and possible pilot or rollout frame. Based on this, a specific proposal can be prepared.
