Get started with Oprivia from CHF 79
Test Oprivia for three to six months in a clearly defined operational workflow. The base fee for the self-managed model starts at CHF 79 per property per month. The revenue-share percentage and all separately charged services are agreed in writing before the program begins.

How the monthly price is calculated
The monthly total price consists of a fixed base fee, a revenue-based component, and expressly agreed additional services. The base fee and applicable percentage are agreed in writing before the contract or pilot begins. Only the monthly revenue-share amount is variable because it depends on the contractually defined net revenue.
Monthly total price = agreed base fee + agreed percentage of defined net revenue + expressly agreed additional services.
The specific price within the stated range depends on the number of properties, module scope, level of coordination, and governance requirements. It is recorded in the quote before the contract is signed.
Base fee
Covers platform operations, standard support and the agreed role, workflow and governance functions.
Revenue share
A percentage of the contractually defined net revenue from accommodation services.
Additional services
Charged only following express agreement and with the scope recorded in writing.
Start at a reduced rate.
Test real workflows.
The pilot terms apply for a clearly limited period of three to six months. Pilot objectives, selected modules, roles, participation requirements, and success measures are defined in writing before the pilot begins. The base fee, percentage, and calculation basis are also agreed before the start.
Additional services and third-party services are agreed separately. All base fees exclude any legally applicable VAT.
plus an agreed percentage of the contractually defined net revenue
Own partners, own coordination and a clearly defined Oprivia pilot scope.
plus an agreed percentage of the contractually defined net revenue
Included in the agreed pilot scope:
plus an agreed percentage of the contractually defined net revenue
A limited multi-unit pilot with cross-property coordination and governance.
Pricing after successful pilot validation
Three models are available for regular operations following successful pilot validation. The monthly fee consists of the agreed base fee and the percentage of defined net revenue set for the selected model.
Self-managed
For operators who select and coordinate their cleaning teams, contractors and other service providers themselves. Oprivia provides the platform for tasks, assignments, deadlines, evidence and escalations.
Supported operations
For operators who also engage Oprivia to coordinate agreed operational cases. This includes assignment to agreed operators, monitoring acceptance and SLA deadlines, and coordinating escalations.
Portfolio management
For multi-unit operators who want to consolidate operational coordination, governance and reporting across multiple properties. Agreed operators and service cases are managed across the included units.
plus 2–3% of the contractually defined net revenue
plus 5–8% of the contractually defined net revenue
plus 8–10% of the contractually defined net revenue of the included properties

Active coordination by Oprivia applies exclusively within the agreed scope of service, available regions, service hours and partner capacities. Operational execution by cleaning teams, contractors or other service providers is commissioned and billed separately.
What counts – and what does not
The revenue share is calculated on the basis of the contractually defined monthly net revenue from accommodation services. The exact definition is agreed before the contract is signed.
Accommodation revenue
The calculation includes the net revenue actually realized from accommodation services for the included properties.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation fees are included only if expressly agreed in the contract. Refunded amounts are excluded.
Taxes and pass-through items
VAT, tourist taxes, security deposits and separately recharged third-party costs are excluded from the calculation basis.
Platform fees
Fees charged by booking platforms are deducted before calculating the revenue share, provided they have not already been deducted from the reported revenue.
Test the economics using your own figures
The following sensitivity calculation for the portfolio model shows the measurable monthly benefit required to offset the example Oprivia price.

Required time savings for the calculated break-even point
This simplified sensitivity calculation is not an ROI commitment. Reduced rework, avoided error costs, improved evidence or replaced standalone solutions should be included only where these effects can be measured reliably within the operator’s own business.

Reduce your base fee through referrals
Each qualified and successful referral can reduce the monthly base fee by 10%. Multiple referrals can be combined up to a maximum reduction of 100%, provided the applicable conditions continue to be met and the referred customers remain active. The revenue share, third-party services, and individually agreed additional services remain unaffected.
