Great execution starts with a complete work order
Oprivia brings cleaning and service work orders for short-term rentals and serviced apartments into one structured workflow. Cleaning teams and service partners receive the property context, scope, access details, time window, and evidence requirements in one work order. Accommodation operators can track acceptance, execution, exceptions, rework, and reviewed completion within the same record. The separate service-partner pilot tests collaboration between accommodation operators and service providers within a defined region.

Good work requires complete context
A guest stays longer than planned. The access code has changed. Damage only becomes visible after arrival. Extra work is expected but has not been approved. Or a confirmed visit is canceled at short notice or never started.
When details are split across calls, messages, emails, and spreadsheets, every assignment begins with another round of clarification.
In Oprivia, the property, time window, access details, scope, accountable role, approval, and evidence requirements remain attached to the same assignment. Before dispatch, each authorized role can see what applies, who decides, and what evidence is required.
Message
The guest is still inside. Please start 45 minutes later.
Call note

Please treat the carpet stain as well. Cost approval will follow.

For every team that keeps a property ready and operational
Oprivia is not limited to cleaning companies. The service-partner pilot is intended for businesses that support properties between checkout and the next check-in, as well as during an active stay.
Is your service not listed? What matters is your region, service profile, and operational fit for short-term rentals and serviced apartments.

No enrollment fee
There is no enrollment or platform fee for the service partner pilot. Compensation and assignment terms are agreed for each work order.
One complete work order with clearly scoped access
Property context, scope, access details, time window, approval limits, and evidence requirements remain connected in one complete work order. Service partners see only what they need for the specific assignment and can record clarification requests, exceptions, or additional work before acting. Operators retain approval authority and review evidence, rework, and closure. Operator financials, other portfolios, unassigned work, global audit logs, and unnecessary guest or identity data remain hidden from service partners.

From request to documented closure
The pilot program is a time- and scope-limited operational trial with predefined roles, workflows, and success criteria. Within the agreed pilot scope, each work order moves through the same status sequence: Offered → Accepted → In progress → Submitted for review → Reviewed and closed. Service partners can accept, decline, or request clarification for each offered work order.
Declined work orders, schedule changes, access problems, missing materials, newly discovered damage, and additional work remain documented as deviations. The defined exception path determines whether a work order is offered again, rescheduled, returned for rework, canceled, or escalated.
Response pending
The operator provides the property, service scope, time window, urgency, access requirements, and required evidence. The service partner can accept, decline, or request clarification.
Assignment scheduled
The service partner accepts the work order. The required access and contact details are confirmed before work begins.
Work underway
Work has begun. The checklist, findings, and deviations remain attached to the work order. Additional work is reported before it is performed.
Operator review pending
The completion note and required evidence are submitted. The operator reviews the result and either closes the work order or returns it to “In progress” for documented rework.
Closure documented
The operator confirms that the agreed result and evidence have been reviewed and closes the work order. The status history remains traceable.
When the assignment does not go to plan
If a work order is declined, canceled at short notice, or not started, or if it is affected by blocked access, missing materials, newly discovered damage, or additional work, the deviation remains documented with its reason and time. The accountable role decides whether the work order is offered again, rescheduled, returned for rework, canceled, or escalated.
Express your interest as a service partner
Tell us about your services, coverage area, team size, and typical capacity. We will assess whether your service profile and coverage area are suitable for a defined pilot region and its operational requirements. Expressing interest is nonbinding and does not create an exclusive relationship. Compensation and assignment terms are agreed separately for each confirmed work order; no specific number of inquiries or assignments is guaranteed.
